Logging in and out

Once your account has been set up, you have the option of logging in with your email or with your Google account.

• To log in with your email, enter your Cmd account email and password.
• To log in with your Google account details, click Login with Google and follow the prompts.

  NOTE: You can only use this option if your Cmd account was configured to use your Google account email.

 

If 2-factor authentication has been set up for your account, you will be prompted to provide an authentication code. If you've enabled more than one 2-factor authentication option, you can choose to provide any security code that you have available:

• If you are using the Google Authenticator app, enter the current code for cmd then click Submit.
• If you are using SMS authentication, click Send an SMS then enter the authentication code that is sent to you and click Submit.
• If you are unable to access either the Google Authenticator app or receive SMS messages, enter a previously generated backup code then click Submit one-time code.

 

Once you are logged in, you can log out at any time by clicking the Log out icon in the top-right corner of the web interface.
